Self love is what it is apparently all about. Transparency will get you there even faster so I commend you. What courage it took to post something like this. I think personally you are amazing and if you could give yourself half as much love and care as you do to all of us that come visit your practice you will be exactly where you need and want to be in life. The biggest lesson I have learned at 48 years old is to let go and go with the flow of life and stop trying to control it.
