There is not a day that goes by that I don't hear from a client in my office or see social media postings from them about their frustration when they hit the weight loss plateau. Unfortunately it isn't a myth or some weight loss hoax - it's a legit, real time situation that needs to be addressed from a deeper - cellular & chemical level within the body.
Many weight loss enthusiasts - and I say this because many of you are veterans, having begun weight loss diets and tried an assortment of programs that have done nothing but disappoint and frustrate - reach the point of the plateau after a few months.
